Hi, I’m Molly 👋
For the last 7+ years, I’ve been on the other side of the hiring process, recruiting talent across the UAE, Europe, and the US for some of the world’s leading organisations. Over that time, I’ve reviewed thousands of CVs, screened countless candidates, and worked closely with hiring managers to make hiring decisions.
I started Molly the Job Coach because I saw too many talented people being overlooked, not because they lacked the skills or experience, but because they didn’t know how to position themselves effectively.
The truth is, I know what happens behind the scenes. I know what makes a recruiter stop scrolling and take notice. I know what gets candidates shortlisted, what hiring managers want to hear, and the mistakes that can quickly turn a “yes” into a “no”.
